Council Notifications - Dangerous dog Menacing dog and Nuisance dog Orders

Dangerous or Menacing Dogs - If you have received an ‘intent to declare a dangerous dog’ and would like to contest this then dog behaviour solutions can help. I have worked with many clients all over the greater Sydney region and successfully liase with councils to have various orders against clients dogs either downgraded or dismissed.

Nuisance Dog Order - Some times a council may issue a nuisance dog order in relation to persistent barking and this may come with a large fine or fines in addition to instructions that the owner take measures to prevent further barking which are often unrealistic and may include suggestions that the dog be re-homed.
